The Internet is an ever-expanding culinary resource, with several promising new sites for chefs. Among them: chef2chef.net, an exhaustive compilation of job openings, suppliers and almost everything else relating to the craft, and Earthy Delights, a place to locate less-accessible ingredients ...... Every few months I search for new sites out of curiosity and because old favorites seem to disappear without warning. I don't mention the larger, more-established sites here. These are a bit more obscure, but worth exploring. ...
