How manipulative can be the competing demands of career on our figure? Young vegans muscle making their way into bodybuilding, is it belt tightening? In Japan is a desirable class of food yet is called B-grade cuisine, curious isn't it? A consistent list of banned delicacies, but it's ok to feed animals with antibiotics, go figure!!! And what about the "tendances culinaires", are the trend setting cuisines and chefs considering how important is to budget in today economy? Because consumers care about food choices yet we have to come to terms with what we want, what we need and what we can effort!
